ConvergeAssure® Managed Services Overview

  • Receive and log tickets into the ticketing system. Access to the ticketing system is available via the Client Portal.

  • Monitor, capture, acknowledge, troubleshoot, and remotely resolve alarms where possible.

  • Where automatic resolution/alarm clearing is not possible, provide remote diagnostics to troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve issues. If remote resolution is not possible, will schedule on-site dispatch per service agreement.

  • Arrange for after hours/emergency dispatch as requested

  • Arrange for delivery and installation of hardware replacement per agreement terms

  • Provide on-site preventative hardware maintenance during regular business hours, according to manufacturer recommended guidelines
