The client had an older ESI IVX 128 system that suffer power damage after a storm. CCC engineers first tried to fix the existing system. When it was apparent that the old system could not be fixed the client opted to upgrade to current technology in the ESI 50L Communication Server with voicemail and autoattendant. |
