Using Automatic Call Distribution improves productivity by offering callers the ability to queue on hold or be transferred to an alternate extension. It also allows a group of people to answer operator calls. Using the AutoPage feature also improves productivity by placing callers on hold and automatically paging over the phones speakers and overhead paging system that there is a call holding. |
