The client opened their travel agency 10 years ago in Chicago and has been using the same phone system for those 10 years. This was their first move and first experience with replacing a communications system. They were tentative with regard to change.
Through the use of Call Center Routing and Reporting we have enhanced the clients ability to IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY. With the addition of IP hardphones we have helped the client ATTRACT AND RETAIN VALUED HUMAN RESOURCES (experienced travel agents). The IP hardphones will also improve their ability to remotely manage the business by allowing the principles of company to work remotely in a more efficient manner as well as have a view into the call center through use of ESI's VIP Software. |
