The client was looking to replace their old, outdated system that did not have voicemail capability. In addition to voicemail, the new ESI 50L will give them the ability to forward their office number to their cell phones or to another associate when they are out of the office.
They were also happy with the ability to transfer calls, page, and the ability to check employee availability. They will also be taking advantage of both the auto attendant and the afterhours attendant.
