Location Description

Position: Sales Representative/Account Manager
Type: Full Time
Start Date: February 2010
Salary Range: Base + Commission
Salary/Benefits: Bonuses + Benefits Package
Requied Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 5 to 20+ years

Overview
A successful Sales Representative/Account Manager with CCC Technologies is future focused but also has a history of proven performance and sales that will bring increased growth to our market presence. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential as is the ability to generate new leads. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, results-driven, confident, and enjoys building relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Primary Responsibilities
• Generating new business-utilizing cold calls and network cultivation
• Developing and implementing effective sales plan
• Preparing proposals, estimates of materials/labor, and completing timeline
• Building strong relationships with customers

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Three plus years experience in outside telecom solution sales and Avaya ECG product knowledge is a plus
• Self Motivated, results-driven, and highly professional
• Heavy sales/lead generation knowledge/skills
• Independent professional with excellent work ethic and integrity
• Must demonstrate proven track record of high sales for past year (minimum 1M)

Position: Convergence Engineer
Type: Full Time
Start Date: February 2010
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience

Requied Certification(s):Avaya ACS
Required Experience: 3+ years

Overview
In the Convergence Engineer role you are responsible for performing installations, implementations, and support on site at customer locations. In this role you can also expect to troubleshoot, provide demonstrations, and end user training, as well as programming support. Successful Convergence Engineers at CCC Technologies, Inc. have a professional presence, are technically savvy, are results oriented and enjoy working with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience with Avaya products and ACS certification(s).

Primary Responsibilities
• Installation, programming, end user training, and general support of all products.
• Install analog and digital voice and data telecommunications equipment including, VOIP systems, PBX systems, key systems, peripherals, and integrated applications.
• Perform basic and advanced telecommunications trouble shooting.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment such as defective and damaged telephones, system cards, circuit packs, and associated equipment.
• Analyze customer needs and properly install equipment and software applications based on assessment.
• Must be able to climb ladders to install, maintain or inspect equipment.

Qualifications
• 3 plus years of experience in a similar position working with telephone and networks
• Fanatical focus on Customer Service
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be willing to travel
• Network Administration/PC administration experience preferred
