The Customer Care Center provides a single point of contact for all non system event inquiries. Examples of non system event inquiries include (but are not limited to): Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), ordering of additional equipment, and non-ConvergeAssure®/ConvergeSecure® engineer dispatch.


Customer Care Center Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for non system event inquiries • Customer status
• Non system event ticket creation, update, and closure • Move/Add/Change engineer dispatch
• Vendor dispatch and management  


Customer Care Center Essential Functions

• Coordination of field personnel for non system event activity

• Ownership of non system event inquiries and orders to resolution and follow up to ensure total customer satisfaction

• Interaction and coordination with all CCC Technologies Departments as necessary to ensure satisfactory completion of non system event inquires and orders

Assist in network transport coordination (i.e. assist with ordering dialtone, T1's, etc.)
