Instructor Lead End User Training
Instructor-led training classes conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, excluding CCC Technologies designated holidays. CCC Technologies recommends one hour for 15 users. Training will cover the buttons and features of the phone, as well as the different features and functionality of the voice mail system. User documentation is provided for both the phone and voicemail. Classes last approximately 45 minutes.
System Attendant console training is approximately one hour for one to three trainees.
Instructor lead end user training starts at $95.00 per hour based on curriculum and class size.
Instructor Lead System Administrator Training
Instructor-led training classes conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, excluding CCC Technologies designated holidays. CCC Technologies recommends one hour for one to three trainees. Training will cover basics of system management and administration, system programming, administration of end user rights (class of service/class of restriction), moves - adds - changes, and accessing and printing system reports. System documentation can be provided on CD for training and for future needs. Additional training can be added to the CD for self-paced training.
Instructor lead system administrator training starts at $95.00 per hour based on system type and curriculum.
Online Training
