I understand CCC has a program for rewarding its employees for exceptional work and/or customer service. I want to recognize Tim Schofield and his efforts during our recent phone system installation. When AT&T told us at 5:10pm that they would be able to switch our lines but that it would take another two hours, Tim said "let's do it" with no hesitation what so ever. He then kept after the AT&T support people, and kept taking the problem up the chain of tech support reps until he got someone who knew what needed to be done.

He always remained calm, even when talking with the AT&T support staff, and kept after each detail of the installation until we were satisfied with the results. He and Ryan were here toning lines, installing phones, installing VIP software, and checking DID programming until 10:15 that evening so that all of our staff had a working phone line the next morning when they arrived at their desks.

He is a great representative of CCC Technologies, and definitely deserves TWO "Million Dollar"awards for his work on this job.
