I just wanted to let you that [the CCC team] has been a pleasure to work with on this very challenging NCR project. We have certainly had our share of challenges with vendors through the course of this project. However, [your team] has been extremely patient, helpful and responsive. All of the other vendors could take a lesson or two from them. The bulk of the work is completed, and it is almost a disappointment to think that I will not be working with them on a regular basis when this project wraps up. I hope that down the road as our relationship with CCC continues to grow; I have the chance to work with [the CCC team] again. I have truly enjoyed every step of the way with them. They are an asset to CCC and to every customer who has the good fortune to work with them.

As you know we recently opened a new office for Popular Leasing in Northbrook, IL. We did purchase new Avaya equipment from CCC as well as ordering our Network Services through your broker division. The [switch] we purchased has been working out great. We ordered a PRI for voice and DSL for data. At times dealing with provisioning was just short of nightmare and we were pleasantly surprised by the consistent and professional assistance we received from your team. We received emails and calls throughout the duration of our installation and turn up of equipment. Even a week later when we had issues with the [service provider] loop, they were able to resolve them very quickly.

The only problem I ever encountered while working with your team is the fact that they spoiled us with efficient service. Whereas I am used to having to be "on top of" any vendor we choose to work with, I learned quickly that there was never any need for follow up with them. If I ever had a concern, I was confident that it was being dealt with in as expedient of a manner as conditions allowed. If only I could expect service from everyone I deal with on that same plateau. If we could purchase more products and services from CCC, I would recommend it without a second thought.
