Your team has proven their professionalism and expertise time and time again. Our account team keeps us apprised of the benefits and applicability of emerging technologies and response to our inquiries have consistently been timely, thorough, and accurate.

Many, many, many thanks to Tim Blevons and Juan Rodriguez who donned the CCC white hats and rescued IIT (once again!) from near disaster by supplying a B Carrier, circuit cards and cords OVER NIGHT so we can get all the phones up and running in the new dorms by Sunday, August 10, when the first students start to arrive.

Please shake the hand of the CCC genius who said one day, "let's stock B Carriers in the warehouse so a bonehead customer, who configures a single carrier EPN too tightly, can be quickly rescued from disaster." Good thinking! Please also thank Kim and the other lady who answered the phones yesterday afternoon, too. They were very responsive when I called.
