The client wanted to bring their existing IP Office up to the latest release. This will increase productivity by allowing employees to listen to emails outside the office via Text to Speech.
The client was also very interested in Admin and End User training as the Business Partner that installed the IP Office provided no training. CCC was able to show the customer how to take advantage of the features they already had, and how to use the new features added with the upgrade.
The client was especially interested in the convenience of Phone Manager Pro. |
