The client is focusing on reducing costs by consolidating offices. Their current project includes 170 employees, which includes 70 call center agents, to relocate to a new office. All of the employees will migrate from their current Siemens platform.
In addition, 220 remote sales agents will migrate to Modular Messaging from the Siemens platform. This will allow them to increase productivity and customer service with the contact features of Modular Messaging.
Since Avaya Call Center Elite (routing) and Call Management System (reporting) are already in place today, it is an easy transition to have 70 call center agents begin to work on the Avaya platform.
This is just the beginning of their flatten and consolidate efforts within the enterprise. They will continue to merge approximately 20 other office locations into their Avaya platform, which will meet their goals of improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs. |
