Project management includes the coordinated management of the deployment of all aspects of the services and equipment purchased by you, the client. During implementation project management provides the client with a single point of contact to manage CCC Technologies' resources as well as third party vendors and suppliers. Project management can help the client keep their implementation on schedule and with quality and budget requirements. Early involvement of a project manager is critical to an efficient and quality implementation that meets expectations.
Implementation
CCC implementation teams provide a complete hardware and software installation specifications. If applicable, we will provide creation of software configuration to be downloaded into the devices to be installed. Remote and on-site implementation confirms that the new solution works with existing infrastructure and applications.
Infrastructure Readiness
- Tests the network's readiness to support VoIP before you invest heavily in time, resources and capital.
- Assesses the expected voice quality and ability of the networking equipment to tolerate the extra load.
- Ensures that existing mission critical network applications are not adversely affected with the addition of the VoIP application.
- Ensures that the converged service can meet the critical expectations of the users.
- Validates that the actual VoIP implementation can be achieved with the expected results.
- Assesses the network with a mind towards investment protection.
- Utilizes proven methodologies implemented by a team of highly experienced certified network engineers.
Converged Network Staging
Our implementation team oversees the process of gathering, inspecting and assembling the equipment; configuring programmable devices; testing and verifying network behavior; confirm equipment and associated applications proper operation within a standards based network infrastructure. The configuration is recorded, model/serial numbers are documented, and shipping information is provided. Inventory reports and shipping information will be available at predetermined intervals or upon request.
On-site Implementation
On-site implementation includes all the required activities to complete the installation of the support equipment. The implementation team verifies that the system, or individual component, is operating to design specification and passes all verification tests. |
